1 bedroom, 1 bath flat features everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The spacious bedroom has a comfy queen sized bed with a device charging station, large TV, desk with monitor, and luggage rack. The living room has a leather loveseat and chair, large wall mounted television, built in table with two barstools for meals, and a bar nook. The kitchen features full sized stainless-steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to cook if you'd like (even with all of the amazing restaurants in Savannah). Make your morning coffee and head out to the gorgeous landscaped courtyard to enjoy it. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided as well as a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. This property can accommodate four guests, the additional sleep setup being a queen inflatable mattress. AC/Heat and WiFi.
Walking is the best method of transportation downtown, but there are pedicabs, taxis, horse drawn carriages, and a free shuttle system that runs downtown.
PARKING: Parking at this property is on the street, first come, first serve served. The streets are metered, but the meters are only in effect from Monday through Friday 8-5 (times vary, sometimes the meters end earlier). I would recommend downloading the Park Savannah app, that makes paying for your spot easier. Typically no problem to find a spot outside. Please pay attention to street sweeping signs and move your vehicle on the nights affected.
No smoking inside the property. This property is pet friendly for dogs up to 30 lbs. There is a $75 pet fee. If you have any concerns about your pet barking at the property when you aren't there, please take the pet with you when you walk around the city. You do have neighbors and if there is a disturbance we will contact you. Thanks for understanding!
