The building should be bulldozed. There is no help for it. We got our 1st room only to find a #2 still in the toilet.. 2nd room the toilet didn't even work. You need a rain jacket for walking around in the building because there is some many leaks. You need waterproof slippers for 1st floor rooms because the water comes in from the outside and the carpet was soaked.
