We loved our stay at Joel's condo. He was super communicative, quick responses. We especially enjoyed the easy walk to the beach, the extra towels / pool towels, the washer and clothes lines in the private outside patio, extra sheets (we stayed several weeks), the quiet pool atmosphere, the friendly neighbors. This is a small 8 unit condo resort so we usually had the pool to ourselves. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes. Full size refrigerator & stove, a dishwasher. Also very safe neighborhood for walking in the evenings, and close to shops and easy walk downtown, especially if you go along the beach. Only negative is there is only one bathroom, but it was clean and plenty of hot water! We hope to return on our future trips.

The place was very clean. It was a great functional space for 2 or 4. Easy 2 min walk to the beach and near may restaurants - both high end and cost friendly. Don’t forget to try the local pizza - especially pork belly and candied jalapeños!

Condo is perfect! Not even 3 minutes walk to the beach. I took my morning coffee to the beach every day. The condo and bedrooms were quiet, which was really nice in a beach town like this. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and a good retreat from the sun. Food in the area is just as close, and delicious. Owner is very responsive, considerate, and helpful. Can't think of a single complaint. Will try to book this again in the future. Fyi: VBRO did charge about $225 in hidden fees, not disclosed via Expedia.
