The rooms are larger than the normal Japan hotels. There’s a few restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Location is good - not too far from ramen alley and shopping. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Sapporo Station, which is nice. For airport transfer, we took the bus directly from the airport to hotel and vice versa. This made traveling easy with all our luggage.

Great location with good service

The hotel is located near by many places, so you can go to many places by walk. Also the hotel provides free shuttle to the Sapporo station and it is really useful. It is not a new hotel, but managed well. Breakfast is fine. Also it has oncen in the hotel.

Nice cozy hotel with onset on 2nd level. Convenient store just across the road and walking to TV tower & Daimaru shopping center. Nearby Parco shopping area too.

Nice clean room and good city view. Wife here booked the hotel for husband and son for 3 or 4 nights?. I thought the spa would be for free and there was no washing machine and microwave like other cheaper hotels around the area. I chose this hotel because of how clean and spacious it looked. Two single beds with city view. My son and husband were happy with their stay at the Prince hotel and enjoyed going out. Very peaceful they said.

Average hotel. Room is pretty packed and small. Especially, the one with 3 beds has zero usable space for even basic luggages. It is mainly due to weird architectural design. I believe it also makes air circulation not so efficient. Breakfast buffet is very very mediocre. I wouldn’t recommend it for 3500 yen. They have extremely poor ryokan, no sauna.

The hotel's elevators are amazingly fast. The only thing I wish I had known about the breakfast was that it should have been clarified from the beginning. I entered their breakfast without any issues the first time, but on my second visit, they asked me to pay 3,000 Yen. I wasn't sure why it was different on those dates. I had to proceed with the payment because I was checking out that day and didn't want to stress about the breakfast situation. I paid and moved on.

The staff is very helpful but unless you know a little Japanese and have an excellent translation app, it may be difficult for a non-Japanese speaking person to get assistance. We were on the breakfast plan on the Royal level and it has a separate dining room for the guests. The breakfasts and service was excellent but waithelp do not speak English. Thoroughly enjoyed the hotel.
