Great place for a short stay! Very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and parking was free and available. The place doesn't offer free breakfast by default, but is ¥880 a person in Oct 2025. Definitely worth it though! Clean and safe!

Quite remote from the airport. Room is tiny and do us the bed for 2 persons. Toilet is small. There’s no space to open our luggages. During the night we had to open the window a little for fresh cooler air. Great morning free shuttle to airport. This hotel is good for one sleep over night & it served our purpose.

Simple and good value

It was a decent business hotel and has great value for money. Facilities were simple and had everything that I needed. There was also an airport shuttle that brought me to the airport. Recommend for anyone that needs to stay a night before heading off for an early morning flight.

Chitose is very much a bit of a dour suburb of Sapporo. You’ll have to get to Sapporo via the Chitose Stariom JR line which is close and convenient. Lots of good around but definitely nothing to do around the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice.

Great value. Easy to go to from the airport: 7 minutes walk from JR Chitose station. Free hotel shuttle to the airport. Friendly staff. Plenty dinning options around. Japanese breakfast is very good.

Convenient to get to from airport via taxi or train. Shuttle only drops you off at the airport, will not pick you up from airport. Rooms are a little small but good enough for a quick stop for a single night.

The price is right cor this hotel including breakfast. It is a 10 minute walk from the Chitose Train Station, which is 2 stops from the airport. Cost is under 300 Yen. Rooms are slightly larger than your typical Japanese hotel. There is a microwave oven for guest use on the 4th floor. Breakfast is not buffet style but you choose 1 of 3 options. Both western and Japanese are available. As mentioned by other reviews, free airport transportation is available only from the hotel to either domestic or international terminals. It operates on a set schedule and you register with the front desk. Operates from 06:30a to 10:30a every 40 minutes. Staff spoke English.

The staff at check in were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not a lot of english spoken but lots of pictures for aid and smiles. Room was very small and dated but comfortable enough. No transfer from airport to hotel which i thought was strange but transfer back to airport was easy and free. For the price for one night it was good value. Breakfast was pretty good and affordable at 750 yen each with a choice of Japanese or western food.
