Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A city tax may be collected at the property. The city tax ranges from JPY 100-10,000 per person, per night based on the nightly room rate. Please note that further exemptions may apply. • A tax is imposed by the city: JPY 150.00 per person, per night. This tax does not apply to children under 13 years of age.

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business or profession. This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios and terraces, which may not be suitable for children. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB International and Union Pay. Cash is not accepted. 
For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher in all accommodation.

• Reservations are needed for spa treatments. For reservations, contact the resort before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• As required by the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, all international visitors must submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels etc). Also, it's required that lodging proprietors photocopy the passports of all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests with tattoos are not able to use the on-site public bathing facilities.
