Building is located between the two best known streets of Santa Cruz, on one hand Calle del Castillo full of boutiques and more commercial brands (Zara, Bimba y Lola, Mango …) and on the other hand Calle Betancourt Afonso which stands out for its atmosphere and terraces. Also located a few meters from one of the most representative places of the capital, the Plaza de España. You can get to know the city and go on foot main places of interest; such as the Plaza del Príncipe, TEA (Tenerife Espacio de las Artes), La Iglesia San Francisco, the Guimerá Theater or the Mercado de Nuestra Señora de África.
