Contact-less check is convenient but when the machine had difficulty processing a simple room key it can be devastating to wait longer after a long day of work..i suggest an in person receptionist for check in is always the best

The price is reasonable, especially for the Bay Area, which is a big plus. However, the hotel feels very newly built, and the room had a strong smell of paint or construction materials, which was quite noticeable. It’s fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or with kids
