In the first room, we looked at the bathroom, had water by the toilet and some dirt. It was unclear with the fluid represented parentheses body excrement versus toilet water). In the second hotel room, we were shown there were hairs in the bathroom in the third hotel room, there was sticky stuff between the two beds unclear if this represented some type of bodily fluid. At that point, we were totally fed up and disgusted by the appearance and left the hotel. There was no one on site to talk with. We spoke with a person by a video feed and informed them of our dissatisfaction. I subsequently went on to speak with hotels.com within an hour or so after we had left that hotel, and found a room at the Hilton hotel, which was appropriately clean. I spoke with a Chantelle through hotels.com yesterday evening, and she informed me that our refund it would be given. I await to hear a confirmation of the refund. Additionally hotels.com should consider strongly not carrying this hotel and its recommended hotel listings.

They offered a basic room that was comfortable and generally clean, although they didn't seem to bother sweeping under the beds. I was quite happy and comfortable with the first two days of my stay. I would have given a higher rating, but on the third and last day of my stay, the cleaning staff straightened up and brought brought bed bugs with them, which bit me that night. I let the staff know and they were sympathetic, but made no effort to compensate me in any way for the issue.

Drive up to the room, motel style. Renovated room with lots of light, enough electric outlets, working HVAC, shutters, and a nice shower. However, no desk. I've never been in a hotel room with no desk. There was plenty of space for one. Also, the toilet flush was inadequate. Check-in was unattended and fascinating. Would have been helpful, though, to be warned about the check-in procedure ahead of time.

The front desk is unsupervised. You need to use a weird machine to check in via a zoom and the Indian guy who handled my remote check in had a strong Indian accent. It is honestly a bit hard to communicate. The lobby is not 24-hour and you need to call a number if you want to check in late or check out early. This is honestly the strangest check in process I have ever had, though it somehow makes sense given it is in the valley. The room was clean and capacious for the price. Though the amenities in the washroom are a bit worn-out. The toilet even is a bit wobbly. Many big tech companies are within 15 minutes of drive. There are some parking spots, including EV spots. The grilled chicken restaurant next door is pretty good.

They give full size beds and say queen online. No table for setting to eat. Bed table was broke and looked old and badly damaged. Shower had water coming up from under the bathroom floor. No counter space to put anything. Tv didn't work. They give a iron but no iron board. Would never stay here again.
