The bathtub was trash, the room had 2 beds super small room never seen a motel 6 room so small with 2 bed. On the site it said pool heated ot wasn't ice cold and tons of dead bugs.

When I checked in, I was told I booked for 2 nights when I booked for one. I showed them the email confirmation so the first main changed it and forgot to cancel the other booking. Which led to me being double charged and overcharged at a different rate. I saw this on my credit card and went back the morning of check out and calmly tried to explain what happened. She didn’t want to hear it, she cut me off and accused me of lying and said I was the one who double booked so I got double charged. Hotel reception kept taking over me and I didn’t raise my voice. I calmly stood there and waited for her to figure it out as she kept insisting that I overbooked. Manager came out and also didn’t want to hear my explanation of the situation and then also began yelling at me and said I was confrontational when I didn’t even have a chance to say anything. He just demanded my ID said I booked myself twice. I calmly asked why they were being so hostile when I hadn’t even said anything and he just said that he was overwhelmed. Once he figured out that it was their mistake, then he allowed me to show my email confirmation explain how they booked me twice by mistake. The clerk just walked away in a huff and he just stood there. I will check my bank records to make sure they fixed it. I will never stay there again. Not because of the mistake but because of the treatment I received. They were so mean! Just an awful experience.

The lady told me that I had ordered a handicap room and I didn't. She said I was stuck in that 1st floor room, and I never stay on the first floor, ever! I would have paid for an upgrade but the hispanic lady was cold and rude to me I felt. That ruined it for me and that was upon check-in! : ( She was there at checkout too. I wanted an upstairs room with a tub.

This is a good, functional, clean hotel. It's obviously older, but has been upgraded. Bummer it's next to the freeway because of noise. Great that it's next to the freeway for easy access. My check in got messed up, but the great staff fixed it and all was well. Thanks
