Worst place I have ever stay

Not a good experience. Honestly, I would not recommend or would ever stay here again. The room was nice, but the heater did not work, and when I told the maintenance people, I was told I had to wait for onsite to fix it, which would be 3 days later. There is a two-inch gap from the door to the threshold, and it was freezing the week I was there, not to mention dangerous, especially as a solo female traveler. I tried explaining that there was nothing done about that. The light in the bathroom was not functioning, so showering in the dark was fun and very interesting to put on makeup. Last but not least, I don't sleep well with the lights on, and the front curtain was missing the blackout curtain that the other window had, so not a lot of sleep was going on. The only up side was the proximity to the beach and heated pool.

Great location and cute room!

Excellent location right across the street from the beach and very close to downtown Santa Barbara. Our room was cute, clean, and just what you’d need for an overnight stay. The parking is included, so no surprise insane parking fees or resort fees. It was so quiet, too. Honestly had a great stay and would 100% stay here again! Only downside is the office is not 24 hours, so there is an emergency number to call if you lose a key (we did not). Also, there was supposed to be coffee from 8-10am in the office/lobby building, but it was closed and locked when we went to check out, so they didn’t really honor that. No big deal, I still really enjoyed our stay!

What I liked about this property was its proximity to everything. What I didn’t like about the property was the need to update simple features like towels and window covers (some were missing).

The location is perfect. So close to the beach. Staff are welcoming, and we had all mod-cons in the room adequate for our family.

Do not stay at this Inn.

The room had a musty smell. The Inn advertised that we could check in till 10pm but were closed at 8. The room had some kind of a leak because I could hear what sounded like water hitting a metal vent all night when someone opened water, there was also evidence of water damage on the bathroom door. The room had a kitchen but no coffee maker. I would not recommend this Inn.
