Great location across from the harbor. We had a king room with harbor view & balcony. It’s on a busy corner so it wasn’t quiet but nighttime wasn’t too bad. Staff were super friendly! Many restaurants within walking distance & the pathways along the beach were amazing!

Great weekend stay with the family. There were 8 of us so I got two rooms connected. Rooms and hotel were clean. The breakfast was good and convenient. Hotel is near the beach with the pier about 15 min walk away and into downtown. The family enjoyed it.

I tried to talk to someone at the front desk ant one point and there was nobody available even though I saw someone in there when I was driving in. When I tried to call the front desk, no answer. The door lock is flimsy and won’t properly lock and there's no top deadbolt. Despite having the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door handle and check out being at 12, I was abruptly awoken by someone REPEATEDLY knocking on the door aggressively at 10am and then an hour later, another person knocked on my door. What's the point of the DO NOT DISTURB sign if it's going to be repeatedly ignored? I had barely slept and had a rough night only to get startled awake by aggressive knocking way earlier than I wanted to be awake. This place wasn’t totally horrific compared to other places but too many issues for my liking and I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The only things I liked was the beach view, balcony, and the spacious room. Other than those things, there’s not much positive things I could say about this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. Short walk to both the marina area and the wharf. The beach is just across the road. Parking and breakfast were both included and be aware that the car park is quite tight if you’re coming in a larger car. Our room itself however was a disappointment. The shower was in need of a repair with the handles coming away from the wall. You also needed to twist the taps REALLY tight to switch it off otherwise the leaks out the shower head were ridiculous. There was also a lot of mouldy spots on the walls in the shower room. We only stayed the one night so didn’t ask to change rooms. Quick side note. Santa Barbara is a beautiful place and a wander down the beach area at sunset is a must!!

Overall great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My gripes were that the walls were thin allowing a lot of noise, mediocre breakfast, and the bathrooms were a little moldy smelling. However i really enjoyed my stay and keeping the ac and bathroom fan going kept it good. I would stay again for the great location, competive price, parking, breakfast, and happy hour.

It was cute, clean, and everyone was so nice. We went for July 4 and the inn seemed pretty full but it was still kept tidy and convenient!
