This hotel has a fantastic view of the Bay of Naples. It is very elegant with a sort of old fashion style. It is not near anything that a visitor might want to go to. You need a taxi to go anywhere, even to grab a bite to eat. The hotel has two restaurants: (1) a 2 star Michelin rated, very, very expensive one and (2) a regular restaurant with elevated service and food presentation but mediocre food.

Historic hotel over looking the ocean and mountains views. Breathtaking rooftop for daily breakfast it’s a life if you get a chance to indulge. Super friendly attentive staff throughout the stay from concierge, front desk to rooftop. Shoutout to our concierge! He was super delightful person. Good position as for hotel assets to have him. He made the trip to Naples easier for us. Both him and Mr Marco stays in communicating with us overseas. Arranging driver to pick us up at the airport. Being flexible with our flight changes. The all seemed to be well trained to smile every time they speak to us. It so lovely feeling. I love it. The breakfast is outstanding.

Amazing view of the Naples bay and the vesuvio, from the sea view room and the terrasse on the 6th floor. Garage handy next door if you have your own car Breakfast is excellent . Dinner less so

Concierge and front desk team very accommodating and willing to be of service. An honest approach about places to ha and see without sugarcoating. Alisondro the maitre d in the 6th floor restaurant gives perfect food and wine recommendations. The balcony at night is lovely to have a drink and cigar as I had. The doormen are quick to serve. The furnishings and decor are beyond gorgeous and I thought I was in a museum or palace. The rooms are adequate and bathrooms large. I only wish I had more time there. Truly has earned its 5 stars. Next time I try the Michelin Restaurant.

This was our second time staying at the grand Hotel Parker. We would go back again in a heartbeat. The hotel is gorgeous and isn’t a great location.

Definitely not a 5-star property

While this hotel may have been a 5-star property years ago, it doesn’t certainly qualify for that star rating now. The hotel is very aged and needs major renovations to the rooms for the premium rates that are charged. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.
