This hotel is amazing and it’s truly a five star hotel. The rooms are huge with marble floors. There were two showers in the room with six different shower heads. Breakfast was excellent and included and very convenient to do our tours to Capri and Amalfi. You should write the con the name, Anthony Anthony my name. I had one night in Naples and decided to try this hotel. The location is fabulous - right on the water, Vesuvius looming. My room was expensive — $440 or so. I was on the ground floor facing the airshaft. Nice room but small and dark and $400+? The lobby is nice, the included breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were bored verging on surly. I’d just spent 2 weeks in other Italian hotels, for the most part a happy welcoming experience. This one was a disappointment.

This hotel is fine. The valet situation is impossible it took nearly an hour for them to find our car upon checkout. Additionally when we checked in they did not have the room I had booked with two beds so we had to change rooms for our second night. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite and it’s possible our issues were singular but I wouldn’t stay again as a result.
