Staff was courteous. Bus driver made everyone put on their own bags even though I’m a 73 year old woman standing in the cold with a knee immobilizer and a 24 inch bag that needed to be put in on top of a tall stack of other bags. I got an Uber who took very good care of me. Hotel was clean but is very minimalist with no amenities.

Hotel promotes their free shuttle from the airport but know there are restrictions on luggage, nothing more than a standard bag. Even though my partner and I were the only two people waiting for the shuttle we were denied entry because I was traveling with a bike bag.

The rooms were very clean and spacious even though they had a weird feature of having blinds from the room opening into the toilet. Not sure who needs that feature. The staff were mixed at the bar and breakfast next day, some were very friendly. The shuttle bus from and to the airport was very useful and efficient. We enjoyed the food at the bar for dinner, more vegetarian options than the restaurant downstairs. Overall a great hotel. Didn't get use the pool as it is only until September.
