Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Perfect spot for a ski trip to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. Hostess was so nice and the sunset view from the backyard looking up the Canyon was beautiful. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

If you’re looking for quiet, peaceful and cozy, this is the place. It is small with low, slanted ceilings, but you can’t beat the view, accommodating, friendly hosts and if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get to hold some puppies. Lots of nice touches with snacks, nicely equipped kitchen, homemade salsa and a bottle of wine. We were in town for a sports tournament, and it was perfect to relax in after a long day.

Eric was a great host and was extremely welcoming. He even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. The cottage had everything you could need. He also had a number of great restaurant recommendations. If skiing at Alta or Snowbird in the future we would definitely come back!

The Ivy Cottage was perfect! It’s exactly as advertised and has absolutely everything you need exactly where you expect it to be for your stay! The hosts are excellent at communicating with you! The downstairs bed is super comfortable!! We loved the garden area, the view is fantastic and location is spot on! Eric’s restaurant suggestions were delicious! We loved our time at Ivy Cottage and can’t wait to book again!! Highly highly recommend this place!! You won’t regret it! It’s very clean, quiet, relaxing and peaceful!!

Location was in a quiet, upscale neighborhood on a street with no through traffic. Hosts were gracious and communicated well. Made us feel welcome and appreciated. We were greeted by Eric on arrival, he walked us through in making sure we were well informed of all amenities. Wow, a personal touch rare to see.
