Cozy Ski-in Ski-out Snowbird Townhouse

The Village at Sugarplum unit #15 is a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome located on the Peruvian side of Snowbird Ski Resort. It offers 1,100 square feet of living space, ski-in/out access to Snowbird via intermediate trails and complimentary ski shuttle service to either Alta or Snowbird.

Indoor parking for one (1) vehicle(please note garage is long and skinny, a full size truck or large SUV will not fit in the garage) and guest parking depending on availability. Some parking is available at the bottom on Blackjack Road

SKI IN/OUT ACCESS TO SNOWBIRD
The ski-in/out access trail begins at the end of the road on the Condo Bypass Trail on the Snowbird Trail Map. This trail connects to the Whodunnit run. Coming back take the Peruvian Express or the Tram, following the blue trail markers and signs for the Fun Run or Chips, continue down to Whodunnit and you are back where you started. Ski In Ski Out Trail Access is contingent on sufficient snow levels and the Peruvian or Tram lift running.

SHUTTLE ACCESS TO ALTA AND SNOWBIRD
The shuttle stop is located up the drive on the Bypass Road. The complimentary shuttle runs daily from the last week of December to the first week of April on a continuous loop to both Alta and Snowbird throughout the day.
