The room was in good condition - I was simply disappointed that the website mentioned City View, but you couldn't see anything from our window. The idea of reserving a room downtown at a pricier cost is to get that nice city or river view. Very disappointed that the hotel didn't deliver on that advertising.

We went up for our sons boxing tournament and stayed here and it was absolutely amazing we used the skywalk to get to the Devos place where the tournament took place and only took us 6 mins to get there and the whole walk was nice and cool with ac. Definitely would recommend!

It was a very pleasant well maintained property. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom is nice. They were able to switch us to a room with a bath with ease and quickness. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival we were charged again for the cost of the hotel despite the fact that we had already paid through Expedia days before check-in. Our funds were held up from that Friday until the following Wednesday. The front desk agent that checked us in initially was not personable and talked so fast that when she advised me to insert my card I assumed, to my own fault, that this was for incidentals. I wanted to ask her what I was inserting my card for but literally was talking without pause. Next thing I know, she was asking me to insert my card again. When I asked her what was the first charge for, she told me “the cost of the room”. This spiraled into an unpleasant exchange where I felt there was no empathy for what had just occurred. Our family of 4 was staying there as part of our trip to visit Silver Lake sand dunes to which we had a reservation for rental dune buggies that required a deposit. I mentioned to them that had we not had other funds, they could have very well ruined our dune buggy trip. I had to show both her, and her manager, my bank account transactions to show them that I had just been charged as they seemed to not believe it. That caused them to finally show a bit of remorse. They gave us breakfast & coffee vouchers for the stay…but this isn’t what would hinder us from staying again. Instead, it would be the lack of cleanliness of the SUITE - stained pull out mattress, dirty shower/sink, stained drop ceiling tiles in bathroom.
