I like the service when you check-in the rooms were clean. Parking Was easy to find and very saved. Breakfast was excellent and The service for those 2 ladies that I did not get the name for breakfast was really nice.\n But when I checked in Maria was the best.

I had a delay due to an event and I was required to purchase another night even though the hotel wasnt sold out and housekeeping hadnt gotten to the room . This was required to retrive my belongings. No exceptions or accommodation were made. Staff was rude and condescending.

It's basically all in the name of the property: a middle of the road Best Western. We arrived at 10pm and there was a pretty long line as everyone was checking in for a volunteer trip to Mexico with a group of High School students, so an expected event. There was one overwhelmed, relatively unfriendly young woman at the check in desk who vaguely pointed to where we needed to go once we had our keys. Other than that the rooms were serviceable and okay.
