At check in, they had the wrong dates in their system (Feb 12-14). I had my email confirmation showing the correct dates (Feb 13-15). She gave us the room key and the room was under construction. Plastic over the mattresses, no sheets, curtain rods lying on the beds, AC unit removed from the wall, no tv, and dust everywhere. We went back downstairs and got a new room. The second night, we were woken in the middle of the night to people trying to enter our room stating they were given our room. My husband told them they had the wrong room. A few minutes later, the woman from the desk came banging on our door saying we were supposed to have checked out already and claimed we didn’t pay. We were charged for two nights the morning of check in (Feb 13). She then came back with a male employee and demanded we pay for another night. We showed him our reservation for the two nights listed above. He asked my husband to come downstairs to the office where he argued with my husband and threatened to call the police if he didn’t pay for another night. At 1am my husband felt it was better to just pay so we could sleep and leave as soon as we woke up. They have no apology, and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes. No one should ever stay here under any circumstances.
