Room wasn’t cleaned, shower head held together with a trash bag, there was NO HOT WATER to shower, and horrible customer service. AND this was the 2nd room they moved us too.

This is not a luxury motel by any means, yet for the $109/ a night all in- we said yes. The beds were comfortable and clean. The heat worked great and the we liked that there was no carpeting. Also we like having a Kureig the Kirkland Pacific Bold coffe is good. The best part of our stay was breakfast. They had make your own waffles, delicious sausage patties and eggs, OJ, cereal and yogurt. That saved us at least $50 eating out. The location was great for us to be out of Cambria and close to Hearst Castle. What we didn’t love was that the property needs repairs- especially on the rooms. We had a hole in our bathroom wall and multiple spots in the rooms needed patching and painting. The chair had seen better days- and was worn. Made a great luggage holder. All in all a decent stay for 3 adults-wanting to spend money on food and wine rather than lodging.

This hotel is old, needs lots of repairs and it is expensive for what they can offer. Main entrance door is making noise all night because the wind. Yellow ugly stains in the bathroom tub. Very cheap furniture. Dirty Carpets in the hallways. I do not recommend this place at all and I want my money back.

It was pleasant. Staff courteous and helpful. Check in was easy. They were accommodating to move us from the 2nd floor to the first floor for 2 of our party who had mobility issues climbing stairs due to no elevator. The breakfast was good. Surprised that they were no info literature available in the rooms for review. Overall we were happy and pleased to stay there.
