Clean and quiet

We were there for Hearst Castle. It was nice and close and was clean and quiet. For us the only thing missing was no morning continental breakfast. Our room had a nice shower but no bath. We had coffee in our room and very restful.

The stay was nice but the only got 4 stars be the refrigerator in our room was not working and the pillows were hard as a rock. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable. Had an issue with the TV. Went to the office but no one was there. Phone in room did not work but used our cell phone to call the front desk. Veronica came to our room and solved the problem.

Weā€™ve been coming to this place for over 25 years. We come back for the indoor pool. Appreciate the recent upgrades of laminate flooring. Also enjoy that itā€™s pet friendly and that they have a large open space to walk pets. Definitely coming back!

Fair price , convenient location for the places I went to visit. NO breakfast included even though it was advertised when booking. Bedroom had only blinds, no curtains, hand soap dispenser broken. Average service for price.
