It is a luxury apartment with a bathtub with a jacuzzi, shower with hot tub, home automation opening lock and lights (with control), electric blinds, and 55 "Smart TV.
The apartment is newly renovated, including new plumbing, heating and electricity facilities. Furniture and finishes with high-quality materials and exquisite contemporary decor made by a professional decorator.

Great Find!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. The three bedroom/two baths were great for the 5 of us. The place is in a residential community and about a 20 minute walk to downtown. Along the way are plenty of stores and restaurants. There is no central air - but the fans kept the place cool/circulating the air. Make sure to ask for them. The property manager, Felix, was very responsive. I highly recommend this place - a great find in San Sebastián!
