Loved this iconic hotel right in the heart of town! We were super happy they talked us into upgrading to an ocean front room because the view of the beach was incredible! We also were given a newly remodeled room that was very comfortable and cute! The location is amazing; right in the middle of everything. The front desk staff and consierge are all lovely and so helpful and the restaurant was gorgeous.

The “ only “ place to stay in San Sebastián!

Awesome stay once again. Very attentive, pleasant and friendly check in experience, even though there was construction and a marathon right outside. Booked three rooms and got exactly what we expected. Our room were spik and span cleaned every day. It’s nice to be recognized and greeted by reception and valet staff.

Beautiful hotel right at the beach. Very good restaurant we love the attention of all the staff at the hotel. Mikael (Michael) was very nice and helpful during our whole stay with our late night drinks at the hotel bar. Very close to everything in the old San Sebastian town Square.

It was an incredible stay! Very comfortable bed, clean and roomy, and even pretty quiet being right next to the elevator. The only issue for us personally was the amount of air freshener used in the lobby/hotel. Unfortunately, we are allergic to perfumes/air fresheners, so even with a slight exposure, we had headaches, sore throats and irritated eyes. The hotel was wonderful and the breakfast was delicious.
