The staff was super welcoming and helpful. Pull up to the front door and they park your car for you. The room was really nice, very dark and quiet at night. The bedding was great. Could easily walk to the beach, the old city, the palace. I would happily stay in this very cool hotel again.

I liked the location of this property because it was central to all the activities my wife and I wanted to do. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful, and it was certainly walkable to the beach, old town, and the funicular. My only grope about the room was that you could hear conversations and commotion in the rooms next door. Overall, I would consider this hotel again if I visit San Sebastian, but I would bring ear plugs for sleeping.

Great location, beautiful hotel and fantastic staff. It’s a very easy walk to the beach, to Old Town, and to hundreds of shops and restaurants. The little pool on the rooftop (7th floor) was very clean and refreshing, and the poolside furniture was very comfortable for lounging and relaxing. The exercise room is very small but has a treadmill, bicycle and some dumbbells, so it had everything I needed, and I only saw one other person there on one occasion.

Having stayed here before I had high expectations but felt this stay I was a little underwhelmed given the price point. The rooms are very well appointed and the overall standard of the hotel is good. However, as one of the more expensive hotels it lacked the wow factor this time. We had breakfast one morning and felt this was fairly average for €25. The staff were great but we did observe dirty cups / plates which was a little off putting. Overall a very nice hotel in a brilliant location but feel it didn’t quite deliver on its price point.

Very helpful front desk. Location is ideal. Beautiful lounge and bar. Room is very sparse but nice AC and window opens. Shower is great. Had to re-activate my room key at the front desk daily which was mildly annoying, but again desk very friendly.
