Great service and rooms were a great size! Showers were nice and super friendly and on top of everything. Was on a road trip and we called earlier in the day and they called us again 2 hours before front desk closed to confirm when we will arrive. They are super secure and safe and offer great amenities

Room was nice and clean with plenty of space. I loved that they have Dove bar soap as well as body soap & shampoo free in the shower. It was easy to check in and out. The front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a little skimpy but good enough to hold you over to get a real breakfast. They had ham & cheese croissant sandwiches.

The front staff was friendly and knowledgable. The location was really convenient. The room was nice and roomy. The breakfast croissants were delicious. Very comfortable. Short drive from the embarcadero where we saw otters and the famed Morro Rock. Would love to stay again.

as always this place is absolutely amazing. We were there for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We stayed in room 300 which is absolutely gorgeous. A wonderful place for a couple to get away and not the end of the world expensive. The staff is always super friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast although it was simple. It was oatmeal, juice and croissant sandwiches. The room notebook was running out and since it's gonna be a new year, we decided to purchase a new one. We will definitely be back to write in it again. We love the fact that there is a bar close by that stays open on Christmas morning and the hotel saves tables for Christmas dinner at the local open restaurant. They really think of everything!

Masterpiece is nice, clean, and we enjoyed the hot tub & exercise room. It is a reasonable walk to Morrow Bay's touristy wharf area. However, the included breakfast was weak (so-so croissant sandwiches & oatmeal) and the front desk person was not especially friendly or helpful.
