Loved how big the room was. A walk away from Morro Bay. We even walked to coffee shop in the morning. Such a cute area and super safe.

I have stayed in so many hotels that say the room is non-smoking only to have the room reek of smoke. Harbor House room truly smelled good.

Our room was clean. Keurig in room to make coffee was available, along with coffee pods. (we brought our own Keurig). Staff was nice, check in was easy. I didn't like that neighbors below us vere vaping and smoking on their little patio area(office clerk was telling everyone, where the designated smoking area was). They were super loud for a bit, but quieted down by 10:00 pm. . Love the convience of texting staff for extra towels or whatever was needed in room. We will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the large room with the alcove for luggage & the sink. It has a view to the west and a private balcony, all with openable windows for fresh air. The bed and pillows were comfortable and nice plush towels. It was a little noisy with the hard floors, but decor was very nice. Booked this also because it has a fridge and microwave, so convenient. I walked to coffee and dinner and shops, very walkable.location. Great value, will stay again.

Room was very spacious didn’t feel cramped with the whole family with an elderly person and kids and I really liked the downstairs room outdoor porch gave us more space and a place to store our ice chest and toys. Furniture was nice, comfortable and clean.

Comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. Rooms are fairly large. Nice patio with comfy chairs. Couldn't hear neighbors above or to the sides. Parking is right outside your door. Walking distance to everything. Communication by text was very helpful. While the room was very clean, The bathroom door could use a wipe around the handles on both sides. Check in and out was very easy. Staff interaction was minimal but those I did speak with were polite and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean, Keurig coffee maker, fridge with glass door. Room was dark, however, and much like any Motel has thin walls. For the price breakfast should be included.
