Marketing photos look awesome but this hotel comes with shared balconies. That should’ve been noted when advertising their rooms so it’s not misleading. Also, our ocean view room was blocked by a stair and we could hear people going up & down the stairs. Expired coffee in the lobby. I guess I got what I paid for. We only stayed for one night so I’m glad it was over. The nice things about this hotel are: the location, the coffee table and chairs portion, comfy beds and cute bathroom (kinda smelly but it’s cute).

The Landing has stellar views, clean rooms, and is walkable to the shops and restaurants along Embarcadero and surrounding streets. The service was excellent! We will be staying there again.

Loved the location since it allows you to park your car and leave it. Everything from dining, entertainment and attractions are all within easy walking distance. Only criticism would be the seating other than the bed is not comfortable in our single king room.
