Our go to place for trips to Morro Bay. Location is great and the hotel is nice and quiet. It is dog friendly which we love as well. Also like the fact that we canbl park in front of our room which is very convenient. Also close to some good places to eat.

Really? Nice, quiet like the little restaurant. The Spanish one was pretty good. The rooms were really clean.I have no complaints at all.Me and my wife were saying we liked the little colleges will be definitely thinking about coming back here again. We could clearly hear the man next door's phone conversation and it was long. Also the neighbor on the other side had a dog and was barking in the early morning hours. We could hear every thing they were saying as well. We had a room with two beds but they gave us only one washcloth. Also we couldn't open the front window because of the constant smell of cigarette smoke outside.

The property wa in a great location, easy access to Hwy 1, and the front desk was so very friendly. We couldn't figure out the A/C, so it was a little warm in the room for our service animal at times, but it was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!
