While the rooms were clean, spacious, and perfectly located, what truly set this stay apart was how the staff handled a crisis. I experienced a medical emergency during my stay, and the team acted with the utmost professionalism, speed, and genuine compassion. Their calm and helpful response turned a very scary situation into one where I felt completely supported and cared for. Big shoutout to Dayana and Nicole for their outstanding service.

The hotel has the perfect location for me. Safe clean and great restaurants around. Staff was great the o my thing is that we requested house keeping and they forgot. We had to call again to get clean towels and to empty the trash. Also I feel like the whole room needs better lighting.Also they need a magnificent mirror!! PLEASE!!!!

The room was clean and they prepared it for us two hours before check-in time. The receptionist was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of healthy food. The area was very nice sounded by top brand shops and restaurants.
