While the hotel staff is very pleasant, the bathroom tiles are very dirty, the towels are grey instead of white, the curtains had mold and my husband could not stop sneezing. Th carpet in the hallways is all loose and makes it hard to roll the luggage

Team was super courteous. Great place to stay at. Only thing I recommend is that the Hotel check the AC filters. I have allergies and I check the filters which showed evidence that they had not been clean for some time. i took them to the shower and cleaned them out. Filters should be on the check list for things to clean in the room (periodically)

The breakfast was awesome. Very tasty dishes every single day and the buffet items were different each time. I never experienced this at the Wyndhams in the USA. I was impressed. It was nice to experience a traditional Costa Rican breakfast. The staff was always friendly and polite. My bed was big and comfy. My only disappointment was everything on the TV was in Spanish with no English subtitles.
