Front Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. First room I was checked in into the A/C did not work. The engineer was very friendly. Second room was better, there was a "mushroom" growing below the A/C. The room carpets need deep cleaning or replacing. The shower gel dispenser did not work very well. Some areas in the room could use more paint and TLC. The restaurant and lobby are OK. Shirley and restaurant staff are very friendly. Great breakfast food and coffee and green juice.

Didn’t like the check in process. Flight arrived early. Although we were able to drop off our luggage at the front counter we waited till 3 to checked in. We were then told at 3 pm that rooms not ready and it could take upto and hour and a half to two before it could be ready. It was a long day already and we were expecting to be in our room sooner than later. The guy at reception was not friendly . Katherine at front counter was great and so were the kitchen crew. Thanks
