I wish I hadn’t checked in here now - the bathroom counter was dirty when I checked in and I had to wipe it plus the table had dried food on it. I went to the restaurant and there was soap in my cup plus these water bottles have no safety seal on them so I’m wondering if they were used before.
Soap, or what I am hoping is soap, inside the cup of water I ordered.

From being greeted by the bellhops when arriving to the time we checked out everyone on the staff was a delight. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be looking at staying at other Hyatt hotels in the future.

Check-in was disappointing. The receptionist did not appear sufficiently trained to present herself in a pleasant and professional manner. We stayed for one night during a quick visit, and unfortunately the AC shut off around midnight and could not be restarted, resulting in a very uncomfortable night. We had driven six hours that day and had another six-hour drive ahead of us, so a good rest was essential. When we reported the issue the following morning, we were told the manager would be informed, but no follow-up occurred. At checkout, we mentioned the problem again, yet no action was taken.
