We changed rooms twice, there were cockroaches everywhere. It was very dirty, cleaning was done every three days, if you can call that cleaning.

The cleanliness of the floor could definitely be improved (floor sticky and remnants of hair under the dining table) Also general up keep of the bathroom facilities (bar in shower found to be showing rust) would be great.

The Studio 6, unlike the Motel 6, is in the newer 4 story building, with a little better accommodations. I had a kitchenette, with a full size fridge, Kitchen sink, and stovetop burners. They both use the same lobby and parking. So if you have to stay longer, stay here. Has guests’s coin washers and dryers, too, if memory serves me. Best thing about this place is it has Hobee’s next door for great breakfasts, and it is pet friendly. Otherwise, it is a Motel, not a Hotel. It’s in the name. So keep your expectations low, and it works out better. If you have higher expectations, spend more elsewhere.

The room was shabby. Bottom of bathroom door has water damage, the side of the bathroom counter is peeling. There was a good amount of kitchen supplies. We brought our own coffee, but there were no filters for the pot. Smell of cigarette smoke in the elevator
