The room with a kitchen efficiency was a great price. I like that the kitchen box is in the room and ready for you, and the staff repacks the box. Unlike other places, you don't have to go back to the front desk to get your kitchen supplies. Would be nice if it included dish soap. Cigerette butts all around building entrances. Each floor has large trash containers at the end of the hallways, and often times would smell. Ice machine in my building broken during most of my 11 day stay. Sheets are rough. Staff was great. Front desk was some of the fastest checkin's I've experienced. I would stay again for the price and amenities of the efficiency

The windows in room 6301 are damaged and could not open properly. The kitchenette has many nice essentials and I like the layout with the ottoman and additional chairs.

Everything about this property is what you would expect. Tiny little cockroaches crawling everywhere. Crackheads littering the hallways. Maids that don’t speak a lick of English and are rude as hell, and will accuse you of smoking in your room, even though you go outside to smoke. And even more, rude front desk people. Anyone heard of customer service? Not there. Avoid at all costs.

The kitchenette (utensils ), towels, soaps, shampoo were better. Three things I didn't like. 1. The hot water in the kitchen tap was dirty. The cold one was good. I complained twice in the reception regarding this and no concrete action was taken. 2. Even though the hotel rooms are Non-smoking the rooms smelled very bad and the AC in the room brought in strong unbearable odor. 3. Two days the above floor people after midnight started jogging and it was too lound to sleep. One night around 1AM and another night around 3AM in the morning. Noise insulation is not there at all.
