They didnt hold our reservation made weeks earlier. They transferred us to a much less quality hotel to a non-suite room evem though we reserved a suite. This happened at 11 at night after a long flight, so this took an extra half our.just to get checked in. In addition, they seemed very unconcerned about the whole ordeal. STAY AWAY from this hotel.

This is a great spot, looks brand new, super clean rooms, amazing breakfast spread, great staff, we had a suite with two rooms and a kitchen and a living room with a family of five and it was amazing. We will go back anytime we are in San Diego

We stayed one night due to a canceled connecting flight. The hotel was chosen in large part because it advertised an airport shuttle service, however the shuttle was unable to pick us up from the airport nor shop us off. They apparently would serve their customers better if they had a bigger van. Also, breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30 which isn’t helpful for people with early flights.
