**warning** first, I had to go to a different location to check in and get keys. When I got to the room it looked as though someone was still using the room: bed not made, trash on counter and in bin, opened soap, used towels. I left and got a different hotel. The hotel said that they would refund me; but I have not gotten payment back at this time.

There was no staff. I paid for a superior suite with a bed and a couch and ended up in a single bed room. My room had no trash can, the TV didn’t work, there was no hand soap, and the shower was dirty. When I tried getting the original room that I booked and paid extra for, which I still have not gotten refunded for they told me that expedia sold out all of their rooms after this app had showed there was 3 of those rooms available. They did not let us know that there were no rooms of the one I booked available we found out once we got our room key and checked into our room.
no trash cans, no batteries in remote could not change channel to tv, no wifi.

it took a while to get checked in like 30 minutes cause they were trying to get in touch with the host. I was checking in at 7:00. And you have to go to Hotel Iris in Mission Valley on Hotel Corcle to get checked in. Very frustrating!

The room was nice and clean and the area felt safe but there is a lack of service provided by the facility. Once you get your keys, you are on your own. They do no answer there phones. Dialed about 20 times and no one answered to confirm check out.
