Heat didn’t work properly in my room so it was cold all night. Couldn’t reach guest services on the phone at all. Ordered a bottled water with my dinner but they didn’t provide a bottle opener. I ended up reaching someone from room services on the phone and they said they would bring me one and never did.

The hotel are very good at their jobs but unfortunately do not speak a lot of English. We requested our room cleaned twice but because of the language barrier they did not understand, even after contacting guest services. I would recommend this hotel to anyone but be sure to stay on top of staff requests.

This is a beautiful property with incredible views. The various pools looked well maintained. The airport shuttle was efficient. Hotel staff were very nice and polite. This is a full-service hotel.
