Ladies at front desk lied to about a “policy” stating that booking through third-parties does not guarantee the room that was reserved and paid for at least 2 weeks in advanced. I paid for a room with a double bed & a petco park room and was giving a king size room because no other rooms were “left”. Called expedia and they stated such policy does not exist. Expedia called the hotel and explained the situation to someone at the hotel. Next lady at the desk called reporting that there is a room available in a significantly lower level, different view, and much smaller but would not give a discount despite it being cheaper than what i reserved. The spot and convenience of the hotel is great however the actions of the front desk was not okay.

The property was at a very convenient location. Walking distance from petco park and several restaurants . The hotel itself is older. Rooms are not updated. Overall our stay was quite pleasant until we got our car back from valet . Valet was required so we figured we would keep the car their we didn’t need to drive it since everything was so close . We checked out got our car back and to our disappointment the bottom plastic frame was hanging from our car . The valet guy said he noticed it yesterday (mind you we never took the car out once checked in ) the manager came out took pictures and said the manager would be in on Tuesday to touch base . If you can’t leave your car I’m valet with out it bro g cared for them you have a problem .

Property is in a good location. However I will never book here again. It’s the 3rd time I’ve stayed here and it took over an hour to get my car.

Was disappointed in the condition of the room especially the bathroom. Shower would not drain properly and we were woke. Up to the sound of water where it was filling up through the drain. Clearly they have a plumbing issue. Gym was well equipped but no AC.
