Located in the heart of University Heights, guests have the entire top floor of a two story building. There is a covered balcony off the back of the unit for the guests private use.
The bedroom boasts a king size bed and there is an additional queen bed in the fold out couch in living room.
University Heights is adjacent to both Hillcrest and Normal Heights. Its central location means that Downtown, Balboa Park, Mission Valley, San Diego State University and the San Diego Airport are all within a few minutes drive.
The area is brimming with a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, artist’s studios and live entertainment, primarily on Park Boulevard and Adams Avenue.
University Heights is a tight-knit compact central-community that has everything nearby within walking distance and is known for being pedestrian friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Porchlight, the apartment is large, clean and comfortable and located in a great neighborhood. Lots of food options nearby and central enough to get around San Diego easily. I’d definitely stay here again.
