Bed was not made on Friday. Housekeeper didn’t knock and proceeded to come into the room in the morning. However I had the latch on. When I got up to unlatch the door, housekeeper did not acknowledge he can come in. Instead he quickly turned the corner with the cart in tow. He did see me but waved his hand. I don’t believe he spoke English. In the afternoon, another housekeeper came by, saw me through the window and didn’t bother coming in. So I never got fresh line or towels. This is the first time it’s happened at this motel. I’ve used them 3 times before with 0 issues. Also the bed needs to be replaced as it’s past its wear and tear. I forgot to mention, on my check in, I reserved a nonsmoking room. Even though the room had a no smoking sticker, the room stunk from heavy cigarette smoke. The smell hits you before you even opened the door. I was then given the adjoining room, which was ok.

Called ahead of time to ensure rooms did not smell like smoke. Front desk informed me that all rooms were non-smoking but when I booked and checked in my room reeked of cigarette smell/smoke. It was so hard to sleep. However other than that it was a decent stay. Front desk check in and out process was swift.
