For the price, the hotel was fine but if staying here, I would make sure you don't get the room below what must have been a gym as we had thumping on the floor above us until late at night and again early in the morning. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was quite small and you had to stpe into the bath to take a shower, so not great for people with mobility issues.

Inn was close to public transportation. Staff were kind and came with good breakfast. Great amenities but couldn’t connect to WiFi on my computer and shower was hard to use. Took time to figure out how to set temperature of water for shower but overall good. Will use this Inn again if go to San Diego

Family vacation

I took my grandkids to Mission Beach and SeaWorld. The hotel was located close to both. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and well kept up. The free breakfast was good and convenient. I would stay again and recommend the hotel

The stay was average. Room was small but actually very clean. the breakfast was lackluster at best. No waffles or pancakes, no fresh cut fruit, no yogurt, no milk alternatives for the cereal. The worst of it was Maria’s attitude at the front desk. I called to inquire about a charge POSTED to my credit card which I was told would only be a pending charge and be reversed at checkout. However this is an actual charge on my statement which is not what I agreed to. Maria has 0 soft skills, no customer service skills and a crappy attitude when delivering the information that this charge would be returned within 3-5 business days. It would’ve been well received if she hadn’t seemingly taken my question personally.

Nice room; nice pool, kids loved the gym. Everything we wanted to do was close (within a 15 minute drive. The only negative was the option for food delivery. Only one restaurant in the area would deliver and it was Italian. No other options.

Location was great for my purposes. I really appreciate when something is provided for breakfast - it was also a good selection. Staff were quite friendly. And I liked that they had a computer available if needed with MS Office.

The furniture is old, the cleaning was poor. There were two beds in the room, one was made and the other was not. The pool is small and very dirty. Long women's hair is everywhere. This is very unpleasant.

First off, the staff was friendly and courteous. The property is dated however inside. The refrigerator inside also was no longer cold (too late to call staff), and the shower soap was empty (oversight from staff?). The room is ok, but also pretty small for the price point. However, it was a 2-queen room, cutting into overall walkable space. There was no good place to open up a large suitcase unless I were to put it on the bed. Towels are ok, but small (can't really cover much of your body). There is also a smell of "old" in the room, and the AC unit was hard to use. The parking at night is remarkably tight, but I was able to find perhaps the last space. Breakfast lacks a few things that I've come to expect (waffle maker probably the #1 thing). It's ok for a morning or two, but would get old if I had to stay for longer.
