1.Tried call front desk need shuttle to pick up but no answer. 2. Suppose have 2 free water but the room only have two will been charged the water bottle. I was very thirsty and I have no choice and opened them . So I have been charged $6 dollars for this . Bc your stuff didn’t prepare the free water for the customers.

The ladies at the front desk were very professional and accommodating. The restaurant was delish with great views and super friendly staff. The housekeeping was also prompt.

I ❤️ Hilton brand because there is consistency across the nation with their facilities and services. However, the staff in this Hilton were exceptionally friendly and made sure to walk by in the hallways with a smile and a nod, wishing me a good day! That customer service isn’t everywhere. For a Hilton hotel I expected it to be nicer and have more amenities available. It was quite disappointing
