The staff checking in was very unprofessional. I have never been greeted with do you have a question. No explanation just your room isn’t ready so we will text you when it is. Then after waiting until 3:15 or so to check back with them was greeted with the same rude disposition. When they finally did check us in she handed me the room keys and that was it. No have a great stay or directions to the elevator. Nothing. I even commented that’s it? She said yes. I normally don’t give a review but two of the 3 front desk personnel could really use some help with their customer service. We weren’t the only ones that noticed this behavior.

Airport shuttle took about 20 minutes to leave the lobby when we were told 10 minutes. Of course it was the same old response “Sorry it took so long”, just poor customer service with no acceptable excuse Room coffee was never replenished and was inadequate. The lamp by the bed had Vaseline all over the switch, no telling how that got there but it wasn’t cleaned.
