The hotel was perfectly close to many San Diego attractions. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly. The food in the Panoramic was good and M&M the server was awesome and funny. I am planning to return.

I like this property because of the location and parking lot. It was a bit dirty, I had to clean the bathroom when we arrived and I had to call several times for sheets/towels I requested. Breakfast was not free. Other than those things I do like this hotel, it is nothing luxurious but it is safe and quiet and comfortable.

Check in was not ideal. Key card was not activated so could not get on the secured lot to park the car. Had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to help with luggage cart. The AC unit in the room is so noisy we can’t use it. Room was not as clean as it should have been. Overall a bit dated. Positives are nice cozy bed & gorgeous view.
