Hotel was in a great centeal location for different areas of SD. Customer service was great Litzzy was very helpful at the front desk. Rooms were nice and bed was comfy. Only con was no microwave at all, so nonleft over food.

The room and bathroom were very clean. There is on-site self-parking that was a bargain compared to other hotels downtown. The location is good as it's very walkable to both little Italy and Downtown. There is also easy access to the freeway (I5). The main reasons for giving the hotel 3 stars are that the TV signal was awful and it was a struggle to watch most available channels. The room was also very very noisy due to noise from the street and freeway.
