Worst experience I’ve ever had at staying out of hotel. The noise level is unbearable since the hotel is situated at the corner too very busy intersections. Situated so that for rooms are off the hallway the front of the building from people coming with line and the wall shaking on the door slam in addition to all the traffic noise was unbearable. I’ve stayed at other much better comfort inns, this one was definitely the worst. I have not received my miscellaneous deposit back and management slap me with a $3.50 fee for scanning a wash spot and hand towel, which they have not provided me evidence of as yet, as the manager stated she would. Very bad experience.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the welcome bag was a nice touch. However, I requested a second-floor room and was told there was a wait—even though it was past check-in time—so I settled for a first-floor room. After getting to the room, my key didn’t work, and I had to wait over 20 minutes in a long line just to get a new one. To top it off, the noise from the upstairs rooms was unbearable, keeping me and my son up until 3 AM despite using the fan for white noise. Overall, not worth the price for such a frustrating stay.

4-star stay at Comfort Inn

Firstly, this was a good two-day stay in a clean room w friendly staff. The location is across the street from a Winchell's and coffee shop, down the street from a grocery store, Denny's and McDonald's which all allow you to save money on food. And the motel is next to the harbor for beautiful views when you leave your room and walk around. Front desk staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She was accommodating and let me know when exactly to check in because I showed up to the room early. She also works really hard, because she was also cleaning and sweeping the beautiful floor tiles of the hallways as well. The room is comparable to staying in a well lived bedroom w wood classic furniture. My room had a comfy King-sized bed which was clean; and I checked for NO bugs. The bathroom was clean w a big shower, but overall tight space. The room smelled nice like men's cologne when I walked in. There was a fridge and micro in the room. I will be honest and admit the tv had no working signal but I didn't use it anyway. The heater and AC worked well. Overall I enjoyed my quick stay, and was happy w my room. 4 stars.

Great location. Right across from the water. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Great spot for a weekend getaway. Definitely coming back. Having breakfast at the hotel was a huge bonus and it was better than most.

The pictures online are very deceptive, you can not see the water from any room, the room and beds are very worn out, bathroom very small. The room we were in the door was not secure. We were told to continue to use the same bath towels for the days we were there (not) we got housekeeping to give us some fresh ones. We were charged an extra $3 for 2 washcloths the reason they said they were stained when 2 of the towels given to us had holes!!!! We will not stay again. No Thank you and for what we paid, No Bueno!!!!
