I was told there was a refrigerator and the microwave and there wasn’t the lied. The bed was very uncomfortable. Security was horrible.

The room was nice and clean and recently remodeled. The shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The location was great and we actually walked to Gas Lamp maybe 15 minutes or so walk. The exterior looks run down & old and feels like a motel vibe. The elevator wasn’t working. The exterior of the hotel doesn’t match the remodeling of the actual room. The checking process was ok and usually faster. It took more time to checking than usual- seemed like there were more things that needed to be entered in their system because the reservation was done through Expedia. The people in the office were helpful and friendly.

From reading the description, I was surprised when I got there and found it. It was very far from luxury. The walls were thin and I could hear all of my neighbors around me. The decor in the room was very bare bones. On a positive note, the staff were quite good

1. Staff was exceptional, very courteous and helpful. 2. Property is still undergoing improvements (i.e., no numbers on door, only tape w/marker) 3. At check-in my assigned room had not been cleaned, I had to go back downstairs and get a new room (3rd floor). 4. Elevator is not working, there are four floors. If you have a lot of bags, good luck. 5. Plenty of parking spaces; however, I don't think they should charge $25.00/night. There is free overnight street parking on one side of hotel. 6. The second evening arriving back to room my key did not work (when reassigned room the previous night the staff didn't cue it for two nights) Had to walk back downstairs. 7. Snacks seem like they have been stored the wrong way for too long; ice cream is all freezer burned, but for some reason they don't want to switch it out. 8. The room with the view (balcony) is really awesome, it makes the whole experience worth it so I would book that room. 9. The shower is awesome, the soaps are great. 10. All-in-all, great place when it is done. Okay place for now.
