Afternoon/evening desk clerk Camryn was wonderful and so kind to my daughter every time we interacted! Good breakfast with friendly and attentive staff keeping items full (especially Maribel), nice rooms with soft mattresses, my daughter enjoyed the pool, and proximity to Sea World and Aquatica was perfect for our trip. The first lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The man that came on shift after her was rude and very unpleasant. The room was fairly clean, although there was visible mold in the shower. I wouldn't stay here again.
