This hotel pumps a chemical smell through the entire AC system on the ground floor. It is to make the place smell good. It is SO STRONG. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are not affected as bad. The rooms have their own AC unit connected to the window, so once you turn it on and let that run for a while, it cycles the smell out of the room. It made my eyes burn. I have stayed there 2x now, I won't stay again. I believe even if they stop doing it, that smell will be etched into those walls. The last time I stayed there was over 6 months ago and the smell was the same yesterday. It was too intense for all 3 of us that stayed, so it wasn't just me being sensitive to smells. I travel a LOT and have not encountered this before. I have stayed in at least 50 hotels this year alone, nation-wide. My clothes in my suitcase still smell of this hotel....as did my hair the entire 2 hour drive home. :/

The first room we got was great, but the second one had a strong odor. The receptionist was helpful and changed it right away. The refrigerator in our room had a bad smell (we didn’t use it). Breakfast could be better if eggs were offered.

Overall the stay is rated good and not excellent because honestly I expected an actual breakfast, when the reservation said it included breakfast I imagine eggs and sausage/bacon but unfortunately it was not. The “breakfast” they included was waffles, cereal, toast and coffee. Other then that the stay was good!

When we checked in and went to the room, the front door was not closing. The room smells like cigarettes and the ro was so dark. The front desk person had to change our room as we are not able to lock the door. The room that we were transferred to was so dark and smells like cigarette again. The carpet was so dirty. Looks like ot hasnt been vacuumed. There were dog hair from previous people who used it. The shower bathtub has alot of hair on the drainage, which was causing the water not to drain properly. It was not what was on the description of the room. I will nkt recommend this place.
