Room very outdated. Noise on both sides until 4:00 am first 2 nights. Refused to move our room. Asked for room to be made on 3rd day and they didn’t make beds, leave enough clean towels or tissues. Windows were filthy. Would not return or recommend this hotel

Our stay was amazing. Hotel is located right on the Riverwalk. Room with a pool view was beautiful and clean. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was delicious with large portions and affordable. Waitress was very pleasant and friendly. Front desk staff made sure your stay was great.

The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very close to everything, the Riverwalk was just outside the hotel. Oh, the hotel smelled amazing!

Rooms were so old and outdated . Nothing like the photos, when we arrived the valet and check in person was great. But at check out, valet person was rude , another staff was rude to my Sibling as well when she asked a question. But overall really good area to stay , but the outdated, dusty and dirty wall room was a dud for us

Staff and room was great! The stay is affordable if you’re looking for a nice, classy and private hotel. A plus is the location, it’s away from mid downtown but feet away from the riverwalk. I’ve stayed here twice and both times have been great!

The hotel was okay. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The hotel’s remodeling looks great in pictures but not all that nice in person. Paint chipping, crooked light fixtures, etc. The HVAC unit in our room must have not worked because we turned it up to 76 and it was still only 68 in the room. The water pressure in the shower was almost too strong and the shower head was very low. It was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable but the whole experience was just okay. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

The staff was great but the hotel itself felt unkempt. The bathroom was the worst. The handle fell off of the bathtub. There was zero water pressure and there was hair from the last guest everywhere. The hotel restaurant was dirty and poorly maintained as well. The location was good we could walk to all the local attractions. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances; freezing rain left the rooms cold, and the elevators were not operating properly. My sister was stuck in one for some time. I have sent a request to management for a refund of the money prepaid through Expedia.
