There were just a couple of items to note - there wasn't a hair dryer in the room and there was mold in the caulking around the tub/shower. Otherwise, everything was great. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Being from out of state, had to ask a lot of questions/directions and they were always very patient with us.

Went to the bar at night, we finished our drinks, didn’t get asked if we wanted another one. Kitchen was closed an hour earlier. Lady behind the bar said that there was an event that wore the kitchen crew out so they closed early.

We were very disappointed with our stay at the Riverwalk Plaza. The property felt old and poorly maintained, and our room was worn and dated. Although it’s close to the Riverwalk, the surrounding area was dark and did not feel safe when walking back at night. The most concerning issue was that someone had entered our room, and when we notified the staff, they were not helpful or reassuring. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The only negative was that it didn't have a micro-wave which we use alot while traveling. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice to work with.

Definitely need major upgrades to their facilities. Holes in walls, stains, update painting, drainage in tub was horrible, just not clean. Also had to pay am additional 37.00 per day for parking that was not disclosed. Even elevator doors were nasty. The bar area was okay but we ate lunch as restaurant one day and the windows were horrible, questionable sticky stuff on the windows. Staf was friendly though.
