Sticky Fingers

Property was nice; however, I valeted my car and while it was in the custody of the valet several items were take from the car. I contacted the Kimpton, they asked a few questions including if I wanted to file a claim. I said yes and they went silent. I emailed twice to follow up but no response. Poor customer service and follow through. Won’t stay there again. They hired the valet company so I looked to them to resolve this.

Everything would have been great except the checkin was awful. We arrived super early and didn't expect a super early checkin. We booked the suite and got offered a free downgrade and eventually got checked in almost an hour after their checkin time. I urge you to stay at any of the excellent hotels nearby, as we read a bit online while waiting for many hours in the lobby and it seems this is a regular thing there.

Beautiful clean property! We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay. We will come back! Also, of note the property is not directly on the riverwalk but is about an 10 minute walk away.
