The room was phenomenal and big! But what really stood out was the customer service. Considering that their sister hotel is the Plaza San Antonio and their customer service is awful, Kimpton was really fantastic. They were incredibly responsive and Incredibly kind, we had some perks that we were able to use and everyone was so clear explaining how everything worked.

The customer service was excellent the staff was very helpful as well and friendly. The room was beautiful & clean with a lovely view and the amenities were great. I was there for a concert and it was within walking distance to the stadium as well as the River Walk.

New hotel that's within walking distance to riverwalk. Close but far from touristy area. Every corner is pretty and elegant. Tenfold rooftop bar was a plus! Pool was heated and got to enjoy it on a 60ish degree weather at night. Amazing views of the city lights at night and good drinks! Amazing service from everyone! Special shoutout to Denis and Isaac at the front desk. Denis really took his time orientating us to the place and amenities! Eddi and Michael who took care of our luggage cart, they are one hardworking people and very kind and sociable! The Deans Restaurant was amazing we had brunch and Owen our server was amazing! Will definitely be our go to place now when we go to San Antonio.

The hotel itself was beautiful inside and a short walk to the river walk. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with anything we needed. I would definitely stay there again!
