Great hotel on the Riverwalk

Love staying at this hotel. It’s centrally located to everything on the Riverwalk. Room was great and very quiet, even being street side on the second floor. The front desk staff were friendly and professional.

Overall the location was good and the room was spacious, but we didn’t enjoy several things about this hotel. Parking garage was tiny and not enough room for everyone. Our floor had stairs on it, so we could not bring a luggage cart to our room. The bathroom was small, the floor was not vacuumed, and the laundry room consisted of only ONE washer for the entire hotel. It was stressful to get a turn over the weekend. Not ideal when traveling with kids. The beds and pillows were also not comfortable. Breakfast was just okay. We will not be staying there again.

We stayed at 4 different hotels in 4 different cities in Texas while on vacation, and this hotel was by far our favorite! It seemed to be a historical building, but it was clean, and renovated, and really nice. All of the staff were amazingly nice, and seemed to love their job. The free breakfast and afternoon drinks and snacks were amazing! And a free pop machine open 24 hrs? We only wish we could have stayed longer! The pool on the rooftop was nice too; the hot tub was okay....maybe needed to be cleaned? The fitness room was awesome too! Well maintained machines with sanitizer wipes to clean when we were done.

Great place for a budget vacation because they provide breakfast and "snacks" and dinner time (the snacks were enough for dinner). Its clean and conveniently near all the entertainment at the riverwalk. Martha was very helpful and friendly! No complaints at all for this place 😊

Great place to stay!

What a beautiful hotel and fantastic location. This hotel is located right on the Riverwalk!!! We are planning on returning in November as well. I informed the front desk that the carpet in our room truly needed to be steam-cleaned.

Great family stay

Classy hotel in the heart of the river walk. Jeff, the manager, was so friendly and accommodating during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we return to San Antonio.

I like how the parking was included, they had a breakfast each morning afternoon drinks and a light dinner too. Right on the river walk although you couldn't see it out your window. Lots to do close by

Hidden Gem

From the moment we checked in until we left, excellent staff and amenities. we were meeting up with our future in-laws and they stayed at a much pricier hotel and once we shared all the wonderful experiences we had at the Drury Inn and suites they said they wish they would’ve stayed at our hotel.DEFINITELY will be our go to when visiting San Antonio!

New favorite hotel on the river

Perfect location. Old charming building with modern updates. Large room with separate living area, and fold out couch and TV just for our kiddo. Loved the free happy hour snacks and drinks, and the breakfast was nice. Loved the pool. Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. We could hear St. Mary's clock chiming from the room.
