The room smelled like cigarettes we asked for non smoking, chip crumbs under the blankets, no one was in the breakfast area there were no forks, spoons, no waffle batter, and we were charged for parking.

The room was ok. We were surprised that they charge $100 deposit that we haven’t get back yet and it has been more than a week. I called the hotel a few days ago to ask why, and I was told that they did process it, and for like 2 days it showed in my bank app that was “ pending” but then it the pending status just disappeared and all it shows is the charge. My bank said the the hotel pulled the deposit back. We’re still waiting because we don’t understand why this hotel would do that when the room was left in the same condition. We are VERY disappointed. This is the first time in my life that a hotel charges a deposit.

Room and amenities. The room wreaked, BOTH beds were made but there were long black hairs all over them. Long black hairs on the bathroom towels. The sink dripped. The toilet flusher was completely disconnected from the toilet. The floor was disgusting. Would never recommend this facility to anyone. It was cheap but it wasn't even worth the cheapness. I couldn't have PAID me to stay there or book again.

I was unaware that there would be an additional fee of $100 on top of my total payment for the room. Luckily I had the money to cover the extra fee and I better get it back into my account upon check out. I definitely won’t be staying here again in the future. So disappointed about that!
