The location is within a couple of blocks of The Alamo, right near downtown and the Riverwalk. It is a budget accommodation, and knowing that, it is still good for what it is. The room was relatively large, clean, recently refurbished. The bed wes fresh and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, and the sink and mirror are nice. There were no hangers in the closet. When I asked for some, Joshua explained that the portion of the hotel where I was did not have all of the inventory yet. Not a big deal for me. It did have a mini fridge and microwave and a coffeef maker. The area is right on two busy streets, and quite near the freeway, so there is noise from traffic. It does calm down at night. Breakfast included a selection of "juice" from a machine, waffle, cereal, bagle, muffin, yougurt, coffee or tea--enough to get you going in the morning, but nothing to jump up and down about. I was gone during the day for the week I stayed there, so the negatives weren't an issue.
