Staff was great - very pleasant and helpful. Complimentary water was a nice touch. Location is excellent: about 3 minutes from the train station. Walking distance to some superb restaurants. Easy to take a bus into the center of the old town. Everything functioned properly. The shower floor was super slippery - had to put the bath mat for the floor in the shower so that we didn’t slip and fall.
